The Feelings of Sentient Beings

This morning on the NFL Network I was watching a show called "NFL Game Day Morning."

PSA: For those of you who have given up on professional football, I feel your pain. I don't watch the NBA anymore, and the NFL from a political viewpoint is getting more difficult, especially since my favorite player who is a Christian and a class act, Derek Carr, is on the trading block. That said, baseball and football are my two favorite sports, and despite the fact that it seems most of the players, and the sportscasting community, are nothing more than a bunch of progressive leftist commies, the game is still largely pure on the field and as long as I don't look at the asinine sayings on the backs of their helmets, I can watch the games without wanting to throw a brick at my television (or computer screen, depending on how I am viewing them at the moment).

No, Trump Did Not Call for Termination of Constitution

I want you to use your critical thinking skills.  We have been told that Trump has called for the end of election rules and the Constitution so that he can overturn the 2020 Election and be put back into office.  That is not what he said.  Read Trump's quote about the termination of the Constitution carefully.

Do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.

A Weakened Military

Recently, an event I was scheduled to speak at was canceled.  The nearby military base, which participates each year in the festivities of the annual fundraiser that focuses on recognizing the sacrifices and hard work of women in the military, and wives of active duty spouses, withdrew their color guard, and the high-ranking officer that provides a few words and attends each year was told if he attended he must not wear his uniform, nor verbalize that he was active duty in the military, nor could he indicate his rank.  Ticket sales plummeted, as well, as ticket holders from the base decided to cancel their orders.  The reason?  Because I was supposed to be the speaker.

Russia's Ukrainian War and the Nord Pipeline Sabotage

The seven month old War in Ukraine that began with a Russian invasion has been an interesting phenomenon to watch, not from a viewpoint of "war", but from a political angle.  The world has decided that Russia is the bad guy and Ukraine is the good guy.  That's how war works, right?  Someone has to be the villain, and someone has to be the guy in the white hat or the damsel in distress. I think that it is interesting that the mainstream popularity contest winner is the plan to line up in favor of the poor damsel under attack, Ukraine, which is led by a not so good guy Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.  Have we forgotten that the Ukrainian government is:

1.  The most corrupt government in the world.
2.  Tied deeply into a relationship with Burisma (which is tied into Hunter Biden; which in turn is tied to Joe Biden, the Clintons, the Obamas, and pretty much every other corrupt politician on the American Game of Thrones playlist).
3.  One of the players that was a part of the Russia-gate Trump Spying Scandal.

There will be Democrat Violence

The angry mob is angrier than ever, and if they lose any more ground, or they fail to steal each of the upcoming elections, there will be a violent civil war, not because gun-totin' conservative Republicans started it as the leftists would have you believe, but because they won't be able to contain their rage over any more obstacles in the way of their journey to their humanistic, anti-God, utopia.

Setting the Stage. Could mass arrests and executions be on the horizon?

A showdown is on the horizon, and we know that the statists of the progressive socialist left are willing to lie, cheat and steal to maintain their power. We saw it in 2020, and we are getting ready to see it in 2022. Their cultural Marxist information warfare has been in full swing. Their psychological warfare runs rampant through the schools, the news media, the entertainment industry, and their political ranks. They have come so far, they are not about to take "no" for an answer.

Racism in the Name of the Common Good

The destruction of America's past continues, and the federal government is a willing accomplice. There's an old saying: "Those who forget the past are doomed to repeat it." Let us first realize that the people most offended are white progressive Democrats who have an agenda and narrative they wish to push. As an individual we journey through life sometimes succeeding, and sometimes failing. Failure is where we learn our lessons. Failure is from which comes our wisdom, should we decide to embrace it. For some, the toughest lessons in life make the individual bitter.

Fourth Amendment Searches and Warrants

The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution is brief, but specific, when it comes to searches and warrants. It reads:

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

The Democrats accused Donald J. Trump of being a fascist. They claimed he wanted authoritarian rule. They claim the Republicans are out to run America in a dictatorial manner and that to stop them the supporters of the Democrats must do everything they can to stand against the GOP. They were projecting.  It is them who are the tyrants. Florida Governor DeSantis was not shy about his criticism of the FBI raid on Donald J. Trump's home.

Illusion of Security

It's starting to feel like we are in The Matrix. Granted, I don't believe that the machines have taken over, or that we are being used as batteries as we scurry along in a make-believe world concocted somewhere in a computer generated illusion; but, like The Matrix, things are definitely not as they seem. We know the enemies of liberty cheat. We know they lie. We know they rig elections. And, we know they infiltrate, which brings us back to cheating and lying. They have deceptively created a world that isn't real. Nothing is what it seems. But, for some reason, we keep arguing with them as if their delusion is true.

Federal Courts Reveal Move Back to Enumeration Doctrine

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals told the Securities and Exchange Commission that they could no longer legislate from within, nor hold court within the agency. Those charged have a right to a jury trial, said the court. The move was based on the Enumeration Doctrine. Nowhere in the Constitution of the United States does it expressly authorize any agency to handle legislative activities or judicial activities within the agency. According to Article I, Section 1 of the Constitution, all legislative powers (the powers to make law, modify law, and repeal law) belongs to the legislative body of government, which, at the federal level, is the United States Congress. One might argue that the legislatures gave the agency the authority to make rules and to hear any challenges or make rulings regarding rule-breaking. However, in Article I, Section 1 the word used regarding the legal transfer of legislative powers from the States to Congress is "vested," which means the authority cannot be given away by the legislative branch. As per the Separation of Powers doctrine, only the legislature can legislate, and they cannot legally hand those powers off to another branch of government.

The Truth About Citizenship

America's government was never supposed to be a national government.  We are a federation of states, therefore, we have a federal government.  The United States is a union of states of which the original member states recognized that their individual sovereignty was essential to the concepts of localism and liberty.  On their own as individual and separate entities they were not strong enough to exist in a world of empires and oligarchies.  The former English Colonies, once they achieved their independence from the British Empire, decided to band together as a single force for the purpose of their "common defense" and so that the new central government could handle the issues that a national type of government typically faces.  It was an attempt to seek balance. 

America's Spiritual Faith

Intercessors For America is an organization praying for America.  The image is the Tytler Cycle. The Tytler Cycle was created by Alexander Tytler (d. 1813) who surmised that the average system of liberty, or democracy, lasts between 200 and 250 years.  Last September we celebrated the 234th anniversary of the U.S. Constitution, and last July we celebrated the 245th year of the Declaration of Independence.  If Tytler was correct, we are nearing the end of our cycle. According to Tytler, all systems begin in bondage.  But, from bondage, the people cry out to God.  It's like the old saying goes, "There are no atheists in foxholes."

Vaccinated and Paranoid

Karl Marx called religion the "opiate of the masses." If someone believes in God, they believe that there is a higher power than government, and a higher power than their community. If there is a higher power, then that means tyrants and oligarchies are not the ultimate power, even they have to answer to God. And, since fear is the key component in the playbook for controlling the masses, those who have Faith in God fear not, for they know that God not only protects them, but that if they are snuffed out of their life here on Earth by whatever may serve as a threat, a better life with the Lord awaits them.

Californians Ignore Newsom Mask Mandate

On December 15 a new mask mandate, after months upon months of political freedom from the facial armbands, was instituted by the Gavin Newsom regime in California, effective until January 15.  Never mind that more than enough evidence is available revealing that facial coverings are essentially ineffective against anything except giving people skin infections and rashes around their mouths, and reducing one's immune system's ability to fight off illness as a result of a reduced amount of oxygen intake.  It also flies in the face of the courts who have been all over the mandate thing, and in the case of Pennsylvania the State Supreme Court even said that the mandate can't even be enforced at the schools.  The United States Supreme Court will be looking at Biden's unconstitutional jab mandates on January 7.

California to Impose Illegal and Inhumane New Mask Mandate

The California Secretary of the State Health and Human Services Agency under Governor Gavin Newsom has determined that a new mask mandate (law edict without the benefit of legislative assistance...a very unconstitutional action, by the way) is necessary (it is a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment, no person shall be deprived of their life, liberty or property without due process ... your liberty is your ability to make a choice regarding the day to day operations of your life) and in addition to the mandate being VERY illegal, it is also a slap in the face to those of us unable to wear face coverings due to medical reasons.

COVID Double-Down

As Red States (Republican-leaning) open up and the citizens shed their masked sign of oppression from their faces, the Blue States (Liberal-Democrat-Marxist-Communist-leaning) are doubling down on their Pandemic protocol madness. In Southern California, stores that used to not mind me walking in without a facial armband on my face are now kicking me out, despite my cries that I have a medical exemption (face coverings more-often-than-not cause me to go into dizzy spells or long episodes of vertigo). Aldi personnel actually escorted me out of the store, and refused to check-out my wife's full grocery cart despite the fact that, unlike me, she was wearing a face mask.

Democrats Abandon Disabled

Politically, I wouldn't wear a face covering during this ridiculous mass hysteria over a minor illness that has a vaccine that is more deadly than the disease. But, that said, I can't wear a face mask, anyway. As a result of a head injury during my military service, I suffer from headaches, vertigo, and PTSD. In March of 2020, I tried putting a mask on my face five times because society was demanding it as they ran for cover from a mysterious new virus the government was warning could kill millions. Three of the five times I placed the mask on my face I became very dizzy, and fell to the ground. The remaining two tries left me on the ground for five hours in a vicious cycle of vertigo.

Logistical Proof Trump Did Not Incite Violence at the Capitol

A last minute impeachment is underway.  The political elite are trying to remove Donald Trump from office as the countdown for him to step out of the White House is rapidly approaching on the grounds of inciting violence.  Their accusation is that he incited violence against Congress, and the Capitol nearly two weeks ago.  In other words, the violent breach of security and storming of the Capitol, of which I argue was initiated by leftist infiltrators posing as Trump supporters, was Trump's fault because he incited them to act in such a manner at his speech near the White House on January 6, 2021. According to the Washington Times, "The president’s speech ended at 12:45 p.m. and the Capitol was first breeched [sic] at 2:15 p.m."

Next Step for COVID-19

The Democrats spent almost the entirety of 2020 claiming that President Donald J. Trump failed miserably when it came to his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic that surprisingly and suddenly swept the world during an election year. The claim is that over 200,000 people in the United States have died from the disease, and that all of that blood is on the hands of President Trump because of his mishandling of the issue, and according to Democrat Party politicians, that President Trump lied about the seriousness of the disease for his own personal gain.
