Biden Senior Advisor Ranked Mao Zedong Among 'Favorite Political Philosophers'

In a scary preview of what lies ahead, a cherished senior advisor to President Joe Biden ranked murderous Communist dictator Mao Zedong among her “favorite political philosophers.” The egregious admission actually forced the veteran political operative, Anita Dunn, to resign as Obama’s White House communications director over a decade ago and now she’s back along with a lengthy roster of leftist officials who served under the 44th president. Dunn sticks out among the group because she publicly praised the Chinese Communist revolutionary responsible for killing tens of millions and it was caught on video. The scandalous delivery occurred during a commencement address at a high school in Washington D.C. while Dunn worked for the American people. Here is what she said: “The third lesson and tip actually comes from two of my favorite political philosophers: Mao Zedong and Mother Teresa — not often coupled with each other, but the two people I turn to most to basically deliver a simple point, which is, you’re going to make choices; you’re going to challenge; you’re going to say, ‘Why not?’; you’re going to figure out how to do things that have never been done before.” A conservative media outlet was the first to broadcast the clip and Dunn quit under pressure after just seven months in the Obama White House. Dunn’s return to Pennsylvania Avenue comes after serving as the senior advisor to Biden’s presidential campaign and co-chair of the Biden-Harris transition team.

Without warning, Twitter told me that not only did I have to take it down but that even if I did I'd be locked out for seven days. Judicial Watch’s Twitter account was purged of nearly 200,000 followers, and I've lost over 10 percent of my followers. Fair-minded Americans are concerned that our civil liberties, especially the God-given right of free speech, is being censored by these private actors that have this unique role in our nation's public life and that control our ability to communicate.

Violent Crime Surged in 2020: More to Come?

2021 started with a bang in New York City—literally. Two hours into the new year, the city had already recorded eight people shot in six separate incidents, including a triple shooting steps away from Borough Hall in Queens. Of course the past is prologue. 2020, wrote the New York Daily News, saw a “crime surge straight out of hell: a 97 percent jump in shootings and a nearly 45 percent surge in murders.” And as New York went, so went much of urban America. The Christian Science Monitor reported that “51 cities of various sizes across the U.S. saw an average thirty-five percent jump in murder from 2019 to 2020.” Gun assaults are up 10 percent nationally over 2019, according to a study cited by the Monitor.

It’s almost as though Hillary Clinton couldn’t abide Joe Biden getting all the corruption attention. Her people just had to stick their fingers in the Ukraine cookie jar. It’s all coming out now because of our lawsuit. We received 38 pages of records from the State Department revealing that Ukraine Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko was offered “high-level” access to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign by the same lobbying firm that represented Burisma Holdings. This came to light in an email from George Kent, then-U.S. Deputy Chief of Mission to Ukraine and current Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs. The email was to then-Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch.

While police departments across the United States are being defunded to appease leftists, the federal government is dedicating hundreds of thousands of dollars to advance “gender equality” in the “police forces” of a Latin American nation. It is a difficult foreign grant to swallow as local law enforcement agencies nationwide suffer through major budget cuts at the request of the increasingly powerful Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement. The money will flow through the State Department’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), a broad effort funded by American taxpayers to fight crime, counter production and trafficking of illicit drugs and build sound criminal justice systems in foreign countries.

Ex-Con Hired by D.C. as Violence Interrupter Arrested, Charged with Murder

In a curious twist, a “reformed” criminal hired by the District of Columbia’s chief legal officer to help curb violence has been arrested and charged with murder. The case involves a taxpayer-funded public safety program known as Cure the Streets launched by D.C. Attorney General Karl Racine to reduce gun violence by treating it as a disease that can be interrupted and stopped from spreading. Cure the Streets typically hires men and women with criminal histories as violence interrupters because they know first-hand about the challenges that residents of crime-infested communities live with. Racine, who was reelected to a second term in 2018, says the transformed criminals hired by his program perform community-driven public safety work that can avoid using police.

As of December 2019, Congress has appropriated $134 billion for Afghanistan reconstruction, which began roughly a year after the U.S. invaded the Islamic nation to destroy Al-Qaeda and eradicate the Taliban.

New Judicial Watch Study Finds 353 U.S. Counties in 29 States with Voter Registration Rates Exceeding 100%

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that a September 2020 study revealed that 353 U.S. counties had 1.8 million more registered voters than eligible voting-age citizens. In other words, the registration rates of those counties exceeded 100% of eligible voters. The study found eight states showing state-wide registration rates exceeding 100%: Alaska, Colorado, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

State Dept Officials Were Skeptical about Christopher Steele Reports

We have now received 48 pages of emails among top Obama State Department officials and a U.S. Ambassador expressing skepticism about Steele reports by Steele’s London-based private intelligence firm Orbis Business Intelligence. Steele was the author of the Clinton-funded, anti-Trump dossier. One assistant secretary of state says some of Steele’s reports sound “extreme” and others “do not ring true,” while the U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine calls some Steele reports “flaky.”
