Electronic Vote Rigging In California: Mainstream Media Silent

The 2016 election is so crucial to America's future, it appears Democratic Party operatives are willing to break every election rule and law in order to win. California's June 7 Primary election was tainted by rigged voting machines, forced party affiliation changes of long-time voters, and voter purges of newly registered voters.

Gov. Jerry Brown: Facilitating The Inevitable California Collapse

"California is definitely back," Governor Jerry Brown boasted in 2014. Brown then proclaimed the state a "job creation engine," proving he was still living in the 1960s. However, Brown has shown little stomach for sensible tax and regulatory cuts, and instead pays lip service to the media about how fiscally prudent he is.... everything he touches turns Brown.

CALIFORNIA'S ILLEGAL GUN CONTROL: PREPARE FOR CAR CONTROL

If guns commit murder, then it's not a stretch to say that vehicles are killing the environment. Right? "Car Emissions vs. Car Crashes: Which One Is Deadlier?" reads a headline in Mother Jones magazine. "Car emissions are deadlier than car crashes," they conclude.

Fraudulent Confirmation Hearing for ALRB's Genevieve Shiroma

How confident should Senators be when a governor's appointee to the state Ag Labor Board faced opposition testimony with a line out the hearing room door, "and around the block," but not one person attended in support?

California Election Corruption Is Widespread

Thousands of voters in the June 7th California Primary election showed up at the polls across the state to discover their political party registrations had been changed. Hundreds of “dead voters” were recently uncovered in Southern California, the majority of them in Los Angeles County. Some of these deceased voters have even been voting for years, the Los Angeles Times reported.

CA Democrats Use Orlando Massacre To Pass More Gun Control Legislation

Using the Orlando massacre as an excuse to pass more gun control bills, California lawmakers wasted no time, and spared no arrogance in passing new and old bills in legislative committees Tuesday. Some legislators even dragged out old gun control bills to be reheard; bills which couldn't pass in previous legislative sessions, and wouldn't have made a bit of difference in the latest terror case. Political opportunism was on full display. Whether attempting to maintain political support among peers and special interest groups, or trying to increase political influence, Capitol lawmakers managed to disregard both ethical and political principles in doing so, as they set their sights on guns and not the deranged terrorists behind them.

CALIFORNIA AUTOCRATS ACCELERATE STATE GUN GRAB

The California Senate just passed 11 anti-gun, and quite possibly anti-constitution bills, which will likely be tied up in court for a very long time. The bills were rushed through by Democratic Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de León, infamous for his bill to paint all BB guns bright colors so they wouldn't be mistaken for real guns.

California's Shadow Water Conservation Government

Droughts are naturally occurring; water shortages are government-created and political. A proposed California ballot measure titled "Water Priorities for All," would shift bond money earmarked for California's bullet train and use it instead to build new dams and enlarge existing dams.

BITTER #NEVERTRUMPERS: #GETOVERIT

Let the braying begin: The Donald is now the Republican candidate for President. The bitterness among the #NeverTrump crowd following the suspensions of Sen. Ted Cruz’s and John Kasich’s presidential campaigns has hit epic levels.

Grimes Wins Press Credential Appeal Against Capitol Media and Legislature

Freedom of the press protects the right to obtain and publish information or opinions without government censorship or fear of punishment, whether or not government finds the material offensive, or disagrees with it. Free speech enables people to obtain information from a diversity of sources, make decisions, and communicate those decisions to the government. Recently I wrote about having my press credential renewal denied by the Capitol Correspondents Association of California, appointed as an arm of the California Legislature's Joint Rules Committee, which has the final say in press credentialing Capitol media.

California's Political Water Wars Heat Up

Water wars are historic undertakings in California. Countless other publications have written recently about the proposed ballot measure that would redirect High Speed Rail bond money for water-related projects and prioritize the use of water, But what makes this story interesting is the coalition of opponents, their motivations and techniques being employed.
