George Soros Strikes Again!

Here we go again, another radical district attorney has emerged in New York City, to compliment the other 74 radical prosecutors around the country, through the efforts of that despicable anti-American, George Soros. Recently elected and installed Manhattan D.A., Alvin Bragg, has proclaimed that it is now open season on his constituents by refusing to prosecute a number of crimes that demand prosecution. For starters he is doing away with the whole enforcement thing for a host of offenses: fare evasion; trespassing; shop lifting; traffic infractions; resisting arrest; prostitution; with some exceptions, as these offenses (among others) will no longer be prosecuted in Manhattan. Many other misdemeanors will now be met with diversion into “program” completion of which will also trigger non-prosecution. As a result crime has gone up exponentially in the city, and it has led many people to move out of the city as a result, mostly the wealthy and middle-class along with their tax payments to the city coffers.

Failure Has Gone to His Head

If you listen to President Biden and his spokespeople, you'd think that he was presiding over the greatest economy known to man, but upon learning the facts, his policies have been nothing but a failure, and getting worse. It seems, upon closer examination, what should be up is down, and what should be down is up, but Biden continues to proclaim success when he should be proclaiming failure. As most economists predict, we are heading into a recession (if we are not already there) as inflation continues its upward spiral, and its economic activity continues its downward trend, including workers real wages, with little change in sight in policy by Biden and his administration. Biden and his fellow Democrats continue to propose more government spending, as if past government spending had a beneficial effect upon our economy. We are now over $30 trillion in debt and Biden and the Democrats want to continue to spend like drunken sailors (my apology to drunken sailors).

Are Florida and Other Coastal Areas Going to be Submerged Because of 'Climate Change'?

The fear mongers have been predicting that if we don't do something about “Climate Change” (a/k/a global warming), eventually Delray Beach, Florida (where I live), all of South Florida, and all coastal areas around the country will be submerged by ocean water. Is that true? In Florida, for instance, throughout most of its history, the State has been under water. Portions of the Florida peninsula have been above and below sea level at least 4 times. As the glaciers of the north expanded and melted in eons past, the Florida peninsula emerged and submerged. It had nothing to do with “global warming” (a/k/a climate change), it had everything to with Mother Nature. When those catastrophic events happened, there was no excess of CO2 to blame those weather anomalies on, as there was no burning of fossil fuels and no SUV's despoiling the environment, as the climate cultists want us to believe.

Is Critical Race Theory and the 1619 Project Fact or Fiction?

Over the past few years, there has been a concerted effort by some to divide the American people by pushing both the Critical Race Theory and the 1619 Project. The purpose of which is to make the minority population feel that they are owed something because of “systemic racism” that, they claim, pervades in our society. The question is, is our country guilty of “systemic racism”? The arguments of both the Critical Race Theory and the 1619 Project, are right out of the playbook of the father of Communism, Vladimir Lenin, and his program of the incitement of class conflict as a means of getting power. He preached revolution as do the proponents of these divisive theories.

If Humans Evolved from Apes, How Come We Still Have Apes?

As most of us learned in our biology classes in high school, we were told that the human species evolved from apes (chimpanzees). The "Theory of Evolution by Natural Selection", was first published in 1859 by Charles Darwin, a British Naturalist, Geologist, and Biologist. He claimed that we evolved over the millions of years from apes into humans. The question which comes up when discussing Darwin's theory is - if we did evolve from apes, how come we still have apes?

Has Joe Biden Resurrected the Old 'Peter Principle'?

The “Peter Principle”, was defined in a book back in the 1950s, by Laurence J. Peter, about a theory he had about the workplace, with the concept being that people in a work hierarchy tend to rise to a “level of respective incompetence”. It seems Joe Biden has taken that principle to heart, by not only winning the presidency, but by appointing people, who by all intents and purposes, who were incompetent to do the jobs they were appointed to do. Look at the shape our country is in and tell me that it is run competently, even including Joe Biden himself?

You Can't Give Somebody Something Unless You Take it From Somebody Else

That in a nutshell is what is behind the principle of Socialism. The left-wing liberals are constantly crying that our capitalist free enterprise system creates an uneven playing field whereby some people do better financially than do others. Is that a bad thing? The Socialists, using the sin of envy, propose to take money away from the successful to give it to the less than successful, a theory of redistribution of wealth from the Obama years. In their minds, they think an all powerful government creates prosperity while companies and corporations create poverty. They never point to any country that uses Socialism/Communism, as their economic system, that has become an economically successful country. In fact, the only countries that they can point to are countries that are economic basket cases, namely Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela, and most poverty stricken countries in Africa and Asia.

You Are Who You Are and Not Someone Else

According to the “Woke Police”, you must adhere to the unproven, and scientifically impossible, idea that a male can become a female and a female can become a male. If you deviate from that absurd idea you will be ostracized, ridiculed, vilified, and in some cases lose your job. Among some radical elements in our society, it is the “Cause de Jour” of the day to promote radical “transgenderism” and mutilation of one's body in order to change the irrefutable fact that there are only two sexes, male and female. Of course, there are some people who feel more comfortable in identifying as the opposite sex, but you can't change “Mother Nature” and your DNA that you are not what you are but someone else.

You Can't Make this Stuff Up

Are we trying to unravel our democratic republic?  Look at some of the crazy things we are doing to ourselves that make no sense at all. 

• Does it make sense to give drugs to addicts and to legalize all drugs?
• Does it make sense, when crime is rising, to defund the police?
• Is it in our country's best interest to conduct a war against our fossil fuel industry that provides the needed energy to power our economy?
• Does it make sense to release from prison people who have been convicted of violent crimes before they have completed their sentences?
• Is it in our country's best interest to let anyone from around the world to enter our country illegally?
• Does it make sense to allow biological males to compete against biological females in athletic competitions?
• Does it make sense to transition young children, by drugs and/or surgery, to try to change them into another sex?

How do you Know that Joe Biden is President - Just Look at the Awful Shape our Country is in?

Can any sane discerning person say that they are better off today than they were two years ago? If you listen to the Biden Administration, everything is rosy and getting better - really? Tell that to the people who have to buy groceries for their families at inflated prices, or getting gas at $4.00 per gallon for their cars to get to work, or to hope that the widespread crime, that is shown everyday on T.V., doesn't affect their families or themselves; or to see our once great country be abused and mocked on the world stage by 2nd rate countries, and to hear our elected leaders say, with a straight face, that our country is on the right track. You wonder what planet they are living on?

When You Reward Bad Behavior, You Get More Bad Behavior

To listen to the Democrats (when they do make comments) you'd think that everything was O.K. at the southern border. They claim that the border is “secure” (a/k/a closed), but hundreds of illegals keep coming into our country each day with minimal resistance, and in addition, with the illegal drugs that keep pouring in our country in record numbers (mainly Fentanyl), which is poisoning our young people (over a 100 thousand have died (between the ages of 18 and 45) of overdoses so far).

Does the Left Preach Tolerance, but Don't Practice it?

To listen to the Democrats and their lackeys in the news media, you'd think that all Republicans (and Conservatives) are clones of Adolph Hitler and must be stopped at all costs by voting for Democrats this coming November. It seems that the tolerance for opposing views, which the Democrats preach, seems to take on the form of intolerance by the way they refer to their opposition. It's “the end of democracy” they shout without mentioning what means to that end the Republicans are responsible for, to warrant that designation. It seems that since their top man, Joe Biden, is so unpopular that they must use the scare tactics of slimming the Republicans in order to garner votes. From most reputable sources, it seems that these scare tactics aren't working for the Democrats like they did in 2020.

Is the United States a Systemic Racist Nation?

To listen to the “race hustlers”, you'd think that the United States was the only country to have had slavery in its past. The fact is, slavery has been with the world since the development of man and woman. Even most all the bibles point out that slavery was endemic back in the days of yore, and it still prevails today in certain parts of the world.

Man-Made Climate Change – Is it Real or is it Imagined?

First it was global cooling, but that didn't work, so they then latched onto global warming, and when that didn't work, they changed it to climate change, which embraced both global cooling and global warming in one catchall phrase. However you call it, it still is a scam, as the late John Coleman, founder of the “Weather Channel”, once stated. Here's what John Coleman said, “Climate change” is not happening, there is no significant man-made global warming now, there hasn't been any in the past and there is no reason to expect any in the future”. Of course, the climate change fanatics challenged that statement by Coleman. They claim that there is “overwhelming” scientific proof that global warming (a/k/a climate change) is real and caused by human activity, including “human caused” carbon dioxide (that harmful pollutant that all of us breathe out every time we exhale). Was John Coleman wrong? To listen to the climate change fanatics (mostly with a liberal orientation), you'd think the world (especially the U.S.) is going to hell in a hand basket because of man-made climate change. It's a steady stream of doom and gloom predictions making it seem that it will be one catastrophe after another waiting to happen if we don't do something immediately, if not sooner. What can they do, they never really can say, except that it is generally anti-Capitalism and pro-Socialism rhetoric, with the “Great Satan” the United States as the main culprit. They never mention the fact that the U.S. has cut pollution the most of any country in the world, while the countries that espouse socialism and communism are the biggest polluters on earth, and they seem to don't give a damn.

Was the 2020 Election on the Up and UP?

If you question that the 2020 election was not on the “up and up”, you will be called a “conspiracy nut”, “an election denier”, and an “enemy of our democracy”, and other epithets mocking you for questioning the election outcome. But, are there valid reasons why that should generate such vitriol? Let's see if there really are reasons for valid concerns about the veracity of the 2020 election.

Is that the motto of Joe Biden and his Administration? To listen to Sleepy Joe Biden and the Democrats, you'd think the major enemy facing our country, is not the Chinese, the Russians, Iran or North Korea, but the people who want to “Make America Great Again”, in other words, supporters of Donald Trump. Whether you love Trump or hate him, how could anyone question his loyalty to the United States?

Should “The End Justify the Means”?

That phrase in the headline was uttered by 16th century Florentine philosopher, Niccolo Machiavelli, primarily known for his political ideas. The statement refers to a total lack of scruples by those who used that theory in real life. If a goal is morally important enough, any method of getting it is acceptable, as the rationale goes. Does that strike you as to what the Democrats are doing, now and in the past, to get and maintain power?

Everyone has a Right to be Stupid, but Some Abuse the Privilege

Could that headline be used to describe Joe Biden and his Administration? Look at what he did immediately upon being sworn in as president. Biden took his pen to paper and tried to undo most of the the initiatives of his predecessor, Donald Trump, most of which were benefiting the country and its citizens.

Don't Over Tax the Poor and Middle Class, Tax the Bloated University Endowments

The Democrats, in their misguided wisdom, are planning on hiring 85,000 additional income tax auditors, in their misnamed “Inflation Reduction Act”. Who are they going to audit to get revenue to pay for their profligate spending, the “big cats” of industry, or you and me the majority of tax payers? Of course, the Democrats, as usual, as their tax and spend priorities come to the forefront, are going to put the screws on the poor and middle class to help pay for their wasteful programs because the majority of the country fits into those categories. Instead, they should be looking to tax the endowment funds of the elite universities who are bubbling over with mostly tax free endowment funds.
