The February moon shines polar- cold amid a blizzard of icicle stars, while the cheer of Christmas past is but a memory and the sunny rays of spring are still far off.

That‘s why Valentine's Day comes in mid-winter to warm the hearts of lovers and to let the whole world know that "the heart has its reasons" that reason does not know.
