Celebrating Rape & Murder: A lovely young lady was captured by Hamas Oct. 7, 2023 at an Israeli music festival. This pacifist German-Israeli, Shani Louk--who once lived in Portland, Oregon was grabbed, beaten and raped before being slaughtered. So badly mauled, one of her legs was broken backwards at the knee. Her corpse was then driven among terrorists by truck, who approached the vehicle to spit upon her while others rode her corpse. Why?
God’s Murder of Defenseless, non-Combatants? The most trenchant question is, How does a religion supposedly based on love and peace, foster such mindless cruelty? Then celebrate afterwards?!! And, how does such conduct provide the perfect world Muslims often talk about evolving after they subjugate their enemies? Finally, What did this rape and murder of an unarmed and defenseless lady--who maybe weighed 100 lbs--achieve for God? Writes the Daily Mail:
Women Killed by Rape? Further, “Israeli Security Minister Tom Tugendhat describes some of the events seen then in Israel--including children and elderly "murdered in their homes", and people "brutally raped to death"--as "quite literally by some of the most horrific, barbaric terrorists that we've seen in generations".” So does Islam allow the beheading of babies, elderly shot in their cars, or women raped then broken to death? See Sexual Violation in Islamic Law: Substance, Evidence, and Procedure, “Male sexual violence against women and girls is a major problem in contemporary Muslim societies.”

Begging the Question of Islam: These events demand an answer to the Question – Is such brutal and cruel treatment allowed under Shariah Law and Rules of Jihad? Please continue to have this question answered. Hamas is a political religious organization trained for violence, and prepped for Jihad. So is Islam a religion of peace, as is repeatedly claimed, by such as George W Bush?? Or does its teachings and history allow brutal treatment to non-Muslims?
See Jihad: A Study in Perpetual War Against the West:
Defining Jihad: In most Muslim history, jihad normally refers to the duty to fight the unbeliever. This is explained in my article, September 11th, Jihad & the Doctrine of Perpetual War:
Robin Wright, in Sacred Rage, The Wrath of Militant Islam, defines jihad like this:
Some General Laws of Jihad: Please note the following excerpted rules associated with the Quran, summarized from, Legal Jihad in Quran & Early Islam: The truth about the rules of Islamic warfare:
Quran’s Position on Captured Ladies: Quran 4:24 “And forbidden to you are wedded wives of other people except those who have fallen in your hands (as prisoners of war).” “It is lawful for Muslims to marry women prisoners of war even when their husbands are still alive.” This led to Muslim soldiers capturing females and quickly raping these women, then sometimes keeping them as concubines or selling them.
Law of Marriage & Sex: Now, consider laws of marriage and sex under Shariah law. See Islamic Law of Marriage:
Now consider the Jihad law of captured women, which are slaves, by definition.
Sex with slave-girls in times of war: Now consider the Jihad law of ensnared women, which are slaves, by definition. After Muhammad emigrated from Mecca to Medina, he brought his policy of sex between male Muslims and their female slaves to his new city of Medina. He added the rule of enslaving women prisoners of war and permitting his soldiers to have sex with them. (see here.) Now, sex slavery is still permitted: Why is Slavery Allowed in Islam and Why is it Permitted for a Man to have Sex with a Female Slave.
Prophetic Sex Drive: Muhammad had a strong sex drive. He slept with slaves and impregnated one. He also took his adopted son’s wife, Zaynab bint Jaḥsh, cancelling the entire doctrine of adoption. Muhammad even took a very young girl, Aisha, child of his lieutenant Abu-Bakr. She was 6 years old when the marriage was conducted and 9 years old when it was consummated. Described by chief early biographer, Bukhari: “that the Prophet (ﷺ) married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old. Hisham said: I have been informed that `Aisha remained with the Prophet (ﷺ) for nine years (i.e. till his death).”
CONCLUSION: Anyone can see that Islam still allows for the rape of the enslaved women captured during war. In this setting, as prisoners of war, women could be beaten if they resisted. Further, Islam generally allows the killing of the enemy during war. And a Muslim Jihad, or Islamic War would be any where Believers fight with non-Muslims. A Hamas official verified that everything done during the Oct 7th massacre was good and must be repeated, and that Hamas would keep attacking until all the Jews were murdered, or driven into the sea.
From the Quran’s Chapter 5: Dinner Table: “[5.33] The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His apostle and strive to make mischief in the land is only this, that they should be murdered or crucified or their hands and their feet should be cut off on opposite sides or they should be imprisoned; this shall be as a disgrace for them in this world, and in the hereafter they shall have a grievous chastisement.”
Finally, consider the following taken from the Hamas Covenent: The 1988 charter states, “Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it.” & “The Day of Judgement will not come about until Moslems fight the Jews (killing the Jews), when the Jew will hide behind stones and trees. The stones and trees will say, “O Moslems, O Abdulla, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.””
