America is telling you it is time to cut your puppet master’s financial strings and re-read the United States Constitution

A Short Message to All Elected Officials in America

I am an American veteran who served two years in the Southeast Asian country of Vietnam. At that time I served under the same oath of office that most of you have committed to. I’m now past the mid-point of my eighth decade of life and have been a keen observer of your kind since the 1980s. In the overall scheme of things many folks would consider me a nobody, just one of the huddled masses. However, I consider myself an American patriot and I am damn sure an engaged citizen and voter.

Over the last few decades, I can’t help but to have noticed the cost for successfully attaining an elected public office has increased exponentially. Why does it now cost so much? More importantly, why would anyone spend so much more money than he/she will earn after being elected? I have no need to answer that; it isn’t that hard to figure out.

"The mark of an honest man... is that he means what he says and knows what he means." ~ Ayn Rand

If all politicians, particularly career professional politicians, were to simply do what they promise, the cost for the election process would be minimal. Too many of them fail that test miserably. Instead, as soon as the election results are in, too many of them immediately start to focus on getting re-elected. So, why does it now cost so much? It costs so much because their marketing plan must be developed to deceive voters and sell you as someone you are not.

The most important thing for you professional career politicians is to buy enough “smoke and mirrors” to keep your true self hidden from your voters. You must look like you are doing things for your voters while not necessarily actually doing the things that represent your voters.

Ladies and gentlemen, your Washington Beltway Bubble two-step was dramatically exposed when Donald J Trump invaded Washington D.C. with the reality that much more can be accomplished by a businessman with business practices than the Kabuki Theater practiced by you Beltway Bubble career professional politicians for so many decades. The fraudulent selection of Uncle Joe Biden as President in 2020 further exacerbated just how bad that Kabuki Theater has been.

America is telling you it is time to cut your puppet master’s financial strings and re-read the United States Constitution, do what is therein defined, and to do your PRIMARY job for your citizen voters. If you do your job, as promised, your re-election will take care of itself.

“Show me a man that gets rich by being a politician, and I'll show you a crook.” ~ Harry S. Truman

Steve Rossiter——

After a 55 year career as a professional pilot in the military, in law enforcement, in the private sector, and in federal civil service, I am now retired.

In many of these positions I repeatedly took an oath to defend the United States Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
