Clinton and the Democrats are No Longer Fashionable

by Kerry Marsala

June 24, 2004

Fa, fa, fa, fa-FaSHION has turned to the right and it brings about a swelling of pride and hope to america and her dreams of continued morality and freedom for many generations to come.

according to Talon News reporter Teri Hillhouse, young fashion designer Elizabeth Cochran of New York City, has launched a new line of clothing just in time for the Republican National Convention, being held in New York City from august 30 until September 2. Her clothing line simply states, I (heart) GWB, and is available online. Fashion designer Ms. Cochran has designed her comfortable clothing line to fit all ages of Republican troopers.

When the news, most of the time, only depicts our youth either as troubled, in trouble, non-caring or protesting the Bush administration, along comes a young person filled with the capitalistic spirit we wished we had thought of first.

Prior to 9/11, fashion designer Ms. Cochran, was an uninformed young Democrat. It was during former President Bill Clinton's plethora of sexual escapades that Ms. Cochran became disgusted with his lack of moral fabric. This single thread of bad behavior, spawned Ms. Cochran to begin to consider conservative policies. Upon the realization that the fabric woven by Clinton was thin, full of holes and moth ridden, she began to study american History and our historical documents over the first summer of President Bush's administration. Ms. Cochran saw the 'vision of our Founding Fathers', and quickly became an enthusiastic and creative member of the GOP.

Now proudly donning the streets of New York wearing her, I (heart) GWB t-shirts, and yoga pants, she's encouraging the whole next generation to become informed and vote. Ms. Cochran wants the youth of america to know, "that it's 'cool' to vote and that they do count -- but most of all, that it's even 'cooler' to vote Republican." (Talon News)

Imagine if you can, our youth, actually taking responsibility for their own education, taking it to heart, and then doing something about it- they just did and it happened in the fashion industry. No longer does the fashion industry just turn to the left and not speak clearly, Ms. Cochran has taken the 'goon squad' down, and she has come to town to unequivocally dance the steps of freedom and morality, as she leads our youth into the power of voting.
