The Farce of the Paris Climate Summit

This week, 118 national leaders will be meeting in Paris for the climate change summit where President Obama will be proselytizing about his EPA’s so-called Clean Power Plan, among other U.S. regulations affecting energy use in the United States. The Clean Power Plan requires carbon dioxide emissions from the electric power sector to be reduced by 32 percent by 2030 from 2005 levels.

A jihad for education

The images coming out of Mosul trigger shudders worldwide, the daylong indoctrination sessions and widespread rapes stealing away the individuality of boys and the innocence of young girls. Trapped in ISIS’s stronghold and wary about escaping to areas under abusive Shiite rule, Sunni parents have had little choice but to let their children be taken under the wing of perhaps the most vicious Islamist terror group of the 21st century. While there are fears that this cult might extend beyond far-flung deserts of the Middle East, its limited presence has already begun the process of indoctrinating a generation of youth, and it is doubtful that even shock-and-awe force will be able to undo the theft of minds and souls.

Christmas message never more relevant

In a speech Pope Francis delivered recently at St. Peter’s Square at the Vatican,  he said that Christmas this year will be a “charade” because the “world continues to wage war” and “we do not understand peace.” It is difficult to argue against the obvious facts of continuing war in the Middle East and other places and our inability as a race to understand and practice peace but it is untimely and untrue to demean Christmas as a false event represented as true, which is pretty close to the meaning of charade. I would argue the opposite. If ever a dark world needed a glimpse of light that light is in the wonderful message of Christmas.

Save the Environment—Mail Your Shoes to Paris

The ‘Biggest Show on Earth’ is now underway in still grief-stricken Paris, where the melodrama and hypocrisy on display is enough to gag a blue whale.

Putting your concerns about global warming on public display is as the flappers used to say, “all the rage”.

Obama never required Iran to sign nuke deal, it’s not legally binding, and yes, we’re honoring it

In Obamaland, words have no meaning.  We know this.  Illegal Immigrants aren’t here illegally, the Islamic State isn’t Islamic, and affordable healthcare isn’t affordable. Now we’re learning that deals aren’t really deals. Actual “deals” are two-sided affairs and, according to the National Review, the President’s horrible nuclear deal with Iran doesn’t really qualify.

That’s because Iranian leaders were never required to sign the “deal,” which is not legally binding in any way. According to the State Department, it’s simply a collection of “political promises.”

Republicans warn Obama: No global warming money if he end-runs Congress

Just in case you were under the impression Obama is merely wasting time at the UN Climate Conference in Paris, no, he’s looking to waste a fair amount of U.S. taxpayer money too - with $3 billion set to directly from the U.S. Treasury to the UN Green Climate Fund. Now you might remember that whole thing about how Congress controls the purse strings, which somehow never seems to stop Obama from spending as much as he wants however he wants regardless of congressional disapproval.

This time, Republicans swear, things are going to be different:

Alan Grayson: If Ted Cruz is elected president, I’ll sue

Hey, why not? In addition to being a bomb-throwing liberal, Alan Grayson’s pedigree is as a trial lawyer. Suing because he’s mad about something seems pretty natural for a guy like that. And since Democrats have treated the last three congressional elections as largely illegitimate - favoring executive actions by Obama to get around the “obstructionist” yet duly elected majorities - why not seek a way to throw out the election of a Republican president?

Especially delicious, of course, is that this is all based on the birther nonsense that they find appalling when it’s aimed at Obama, but can’t embrace quickly enough when Ted Cruz is the issue:

Liberals pretty hopeful that Planned Parenthood shooter will turn out to be a Christian

Let’s say nothing else before we say this: We don’t know why Robert Lewis Dear shot up a Planned Parenthood in Colorado Springs on Friday, but it doesn’t matter why he did it. It’s a horrible, detestable act and everyone - regardless of their position on abortion or anything else - should condemn it. And almost all will.

I believe Planned Parenthood is a monstrous organization, but those on “my side” of the issue simply cannot and must not resort to violence - especially murder - as a way of opposing them. I am very sorry for the death of every victim and I’ll pray for their families. I don’t know how to make it any plainer than that.

Just about every news outlet in America notices that ObamaCare premiums are about to skyrocket

If you’ve been paying attention, you’ve known since 2009 that ObamaCare was never going to “lower the average family’s premiums rates by $2,000.”  That was just the lie that architects like Jonathan Gruber told you to sell their anti-constitutional boondoggle. When they say passage of the law relied upon the “ignorance of the American voter,” that’s what they’re talking about.

Those who weren’t ignorant always knew that the ACA would cause rates to skyrocket, and most believe that’s exactly what it was designed to do. It’s failure was “baked in” to ensure that it was - as Harry Reid said - “absolutely” a step on the road to a single payer, government run, system.

Report: Despite UNRWA Promises, Teachers Again Inciting to Violence Against “Jewish Apes and P

GENEVA, – Though the UN is fighting climate change this week in Paris, a major climate change is desperately needed at UNRWA, whose teachers continue — despite vague UNRWA claims of suspensions and other disciplinary action, as reported by the Sunday Times — to incite on social media to the murder of “Jewish apes and pigs,” according to a new report issued today by UN Watch, the Geneva-based non-governmental organization that monitors the world body’s compliance with its charter.

Hope For Our Water Woes Found In Fracing Technologies

For years, water, or, more accurately, its scarcity, has been predicted to be the next doomsday scenario. In 1994, the American Philosophical Society published a book bearing the title: Is water our next crisis? In 2007, NBC featured: Crisis feared as U.S. water supplies dry up. More recently, in 2011, NPR did a story on Water: The Epic Struggle for Wealth, Power and Civilization—a new book in which the author posits: “water is surpassing oil as the world’s scarcest critical resource.” This year, a Business Insider (BI) report called “water scarcity problems” a “looming national issue.” In September, the Associated Press declared: “The water crisis is already here.”

The Outbreak of “Individual Terrorism” in the Palestinian Arena: The Old Box Lacks the R

The outbreak of the Palestinian terrorism phenomenon some two months ago took the Israeli public and leadership by surprise in terms of the attacks’ persistence, frequency, and form – primarily stabbings. Underlying the attacks are multi-dimensional motives, reflecting national, religious, and social issues; the principal trigger, at least initially, was religious sentiment focusing on the struggle over the al-Aqsa mosque.

Does Shouting “Merry Christmas!” In Public Constitute Hate Speech?

There is growing consensus among liberals which holds that “free speech” is being willfully abused to mask racial slurs, homophobia, and other objectionable thoughts deemed unsuitable for public consumption and, which, therefore, should be outlawed.

For example, left-wing zealots have decided that calling the war on terror exactly what it is—- a life and death struggle against radical Islam—-is a bigoted slur against all Muslims and the Islam religion.

There Are Still No Dead Bodies!!!

Why is it impossible for investigative media reporters to get it right about health supplements? In March of 2013 medical research showed that every day 290 North Americans die from prescription drugs. To kill the same number of people a jumbo jet plane would have to crash every day. I asked Health Canada’s forensic bureaucrats to explain where the dead bodies are who took natural supplements? I have never had a reply.

Now the media are using a study conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the U.S Food and Drug Administration to damn supplements. Its study of 63 hospitals over a 10 year period showed 3,667 emergency room (ER) visits and 2,154 hospitalizations from the use of supplements. But there are no dead bodies.

The Media’s Faux Outrage Over “Domestic Terrorism”

We don’t remember any outrage from the media over the alleged roles played by Obama associates Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn in the 1970 bombing murder of San Francisco police officer Brian V. McDonnell. In fact, the media peddled the nonsense that Ayers and Dohrn, who helped launch Barack Obama’s political career, were “anti-war activists” who bombed a few buildings and never hurt anyone.

Since “domestic terrorism” is now a topic of concern for the media, in the wake of the attack on the Planned Parenthood facility in Colorado, can we expect the media to pressure Obama Attorney General Loretta Lynch to gather new evidence in the McDonnell case? It’s not likely.

Lynch has already seized upon the killings at the Planned Parenthood clinic, saying federal officials “stand ready to offer any and all assistance to the district attorney and state and local law enforcement in Colorado as they move forward with their investigation.” Yet, neither Lynch nor her predecessor, Eric Holder, committed any resources toward solving the McDonnell murder, which is still an open case.

Flight of the capital

Justin Trudeau is not a particularly imposing or threatening individual. However, as he continues to roll out his infantile envy-based tax plans and monetary policies, shockwaves are likely to be sent through the economic soul of Canada, while investors start packing their bags and fleeing for their lives.

Mr. Trudeau spent the better part of the last two years lamenting the decline of the Canadian middle class and the supposed income inequality that engulfs the frigid North. Over caviar and French vodka with Chrystia Freeland, he drafted a platform based on the fundamentals of class warfare, a populist policy piece designed to selectively punish economic success. According to Justin, successful Canadians are nothing more than greedy exploiters, determined to stash their wealth and contribute nothing to society. He should know best – his father inherited millions and passed it all down to his children, using every loophole and tax haven at his disposal.

Syrians are a Terror Threat, Here are the Numbers

Syria is a terror state. It didn’t become that way overnight because of the Arab Spring or the Iraq War.

Its people are not the victims of American foreign policy, Islamic militancy or any of the other fashionable excuses. They supported Islamic terrorism. Millions of them still do.

They are not the Jews fleeing a Nazi Holocaust. They are the Nazis trying to relocate from a bombed out Berlin.
