The Real “Rooting-for-Direct-Hit-On-Mar-a-Lago” Kim Campbell

The Real Rooting-for-Direct-Hit-On-Mar-a-Lago Kim CampbellFor the record: Big, multi—time loser Kim Campbell—who made the cringeworthy comment :”I’m rooting for a direct hit on Mar-a-Lago!” on Twitter before later deleting the tweet —lost her own seat in a humiliating 1993 federal election wipeout that saw her majority ruling Progressive Conservative Party shrink from 154 seats to two seats— losing official party status in the bargain. In most mainstream media stories about the outrageous Mar-a-Lago Tweet, Campbell is described only as “Canada’ ex-prime minister”. Few mention that she was only ever Canada’s PM for the sum total of 123 days.—and was really only PM when the House of Commons was on summer recess.

Questions Often Asked: Shrubs with Colourful Fruit

Shrubs with Colourful Fruit

Selecting flowering shrubs, double your pleasure. Some easy-to-find have colourful berries as well. While many lists may be found, not all mention some recommendations have drawbacks. Not the least of these in eventual size. For example, Russian Olive Elaeagnus angustifolia can grow to be a small tree. Its Canadian equivalent, Silver Buffaloberry, Shepherdia canadensis, is a large, 15-foot, shrub and likewise probably not for a small garden.

Stand Up for Americans Who Stand Up for America

Stand Up for Americans Who Stand Up for AmericaOn July 29, 2019 President Donald J. Trump signed into law a permanent authorization of the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund (VCF). This fund provides financial support for families who lost their loved ones as a result of the September 11 attacks. The VCF was initially created in 2001 and ran through 2004. It was revived in 2011 and went into law in 2015, but it only gave victims the opportunity to make claims until 2020. The new bill signed by the president allows victims to make claims until 2090.

Steaks for the Dogs If You Are a Socialist Dictator

Steaks for the Dogs If You Are a Socialist DictatorI am always perplexed how naïve and easily duped humans are--not just those who are ill informed, but also those who were given a heavy dose of manufactured history in school. Perhaps they contributed to the textbooks that rewrote history in the first place, to fit their agenda. Can anyone really argue with facts and reality? Apparently, supporters of Democrat Socialists do argue with those who fled tyranny from their own countries and defected to the “land of the free, home of the brave.”

The deepest hatred of Donald Trump is silently invisible

The deepest hatred of Donald Trump is silently invisibleThe deepest hatred of Trump is based on fear of the changes he makes, and threatens to make. Not just in America, but geopolitically across the industrialized world. To them, he's an existential threat of the first order. That half of American's voters who supported Trump in 2016 hear the harsh voices of critics, watch and read the diatribes of the Trump-despising media, and witness the semi-hysterical rants of the Democratic Party. As the decibel level of rage from the Left increases.

Who Is Antifa? What You Need To Know

AntifaAntifaschistische Aktion, abbreviated as Antifa or anti-fascist, was an organization affiliated with the Communist Party of Germany that existed from 1932 to 1933. MAKING THE TERM ‘ILLEGAL ALIENS’ DISAPPEAR

Meet the Castro brothers - the Democrats’ new Thought PoliceLeftists are fond of summoning the magic of euphemism to make the social problems they create go away. Like the editors of the Newspeak Dictionary in George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four, these social engineers define out of existence the atrocities that necessarily grow out of their ideology. Take Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-Texas), who has introduced legislation that would strike “alien” and “illegal alien” from the federal law books and replace them with “foreign national” and “undocumented foreign national.” The lawmaker’s twin brother, Democrat presidential candidate Julian Castro, endorsed the measure.

FOOD KITS FROM U.S. PROGRAM TO FEED “VULNERABLE” SYRIANS DIVERTED TO TERRORISTS

A multi-billion-dollar government program to feed "vulnerable" Syrians has provided food for jihadist militants in a group designated by the United States as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). American taxpayers have spent a fortune on "emergency food assistance" during the Syrian crisis that began with the 2011 Arab spring and some of it has actually gone to terrorists that hate us and want to kill us. The Al Qaeda affiliate is known as Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham and it aims to establish a regional Islamic caliphate, according to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

Taxpayers Federation applauds savings generated by ending “March madness” spending

OTTAWA, ON: Canadian Taxpayers Federation (CTF) Federal Director Aaron Wudrick released the following statement in response to the Ford government’s announcement of $153 million saved through changes in year-end expenditure controls: “We applaud the Ford government for finally putting an end to ‘March madness’. The practice of letting bureaucrats blow their budgets in the last few weeks of the fiscal year has been a chronic problem that needed to be stopped. Making clear that spending for its own sake is not an acceptable use of scarce taxpayer dollars sets an important message, and saving $153 million is great step towards the much bigger challenge of getting back to a balanced budget.”

The Svengali spoon-fed Ilhan Omar & AOC

The Svengali spoon-fed Ilhan Omar & AOCJustice Democrat “Squad” members Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar masquerade as tough-talking ‘women of color’, when in fact, both are the spoon-fed stooges of mostly male Svengalis. On the very same day that it was revealed that Ilhan Omar had potentially run afoul of Federal Election Commission (FEC) guidelines, AOC, eerily silent since “reassigning” her former chief of staff Svengali Saikat Chakrabarti, resurfaced on a scare-mongering, ‘We’re all gonna’ die’ video. Groomed and utterly controlled by behind-the-curtainJustice Democrats, loud and demanding as they are, Squad members are never left on their own.

Demon Of Intemperance

Demon Of IntemperanceThe Mississippi Delta is known for its characters. Just as flatlanders categorize miniscule rainfall differences, ranging from “spits” to “frog drowners,” they also categorize characters, from those with benign idiosyncrasies, to those shockingly short of scruples, to raving lunatics roaming unrestrained among sane folks.
