Has Joe Biden Resurrected the Old “Peter Principle”?

Has Joe Biden Resurrected the Old 'Peter Principle'?The “Peter Principle”, was defined in a book back in the 1950s, by Laurence J. Peter, about a theory he had about the workplace, with the concept being that people in a work hierarchy tend to rise to a “level of respective incompetence”. It seems Joe Biden has taken that principle to heart, by not only winning the presidency, but by appointing people, who by all intents and purposes, who were incompetent to do the jobs they were appointed to do. Look at the shape our country is in and tell me that it is run competently, even including Joe Biden himself?

Facing Epic Leadership Failure, McCarthy, McConnell, McDanielIf the Republican Party were a major sports franchise, there would be some changes made by the ownership of the team. The owners are the voters who, with bad choices at best to make at the ballot box, must endure yet more whining and finger pointing episodes from those who have ascended to the top of the party apparatus. We see feckless, vapid and vacuous individuals who may be elected to public office, but who lack even the slightest scintilla of leadership ability. However, our “leaders” have failed us miserably in the past three election cycles.

No God, no United States of America

No God, no United States of AmericaIn an earlier article I identified honesty and reality as two missing ingredients in the conduct of the North American governments (The Missing Ingredients).  I am about to reveal the most important ingredient still missing not only from our governments but, from our North American cultures. The abandonment of this ingredient has contributed to the demise and deterioration of our two governments and society in general.  The United States Founding Fathers recognized and spoke quite openly about how a successful free society must have God intertwined with the people's government.  Without God and the sideboards of religion, specifically Christianity's morals and values, the government was destined to ultimately fail and society would return to tyranny.
