A 14-year-old Somali refugee who raped two women in Utah was released from a juvenile detention center after six years and will not face prison time.
According to The Salt Lake Tribune, Mohammed Ali Mohammed raped the women and robbed them at knifepoint on consecutive nights in Salt Lake City back in 2011.-- More...
