American presidents may not always agree with Supreme Court decisions, but most have refrained from openly defying its rulings since Andrew Jackson. Even Donald Trump did not take that route. However, Crooked Joe Biden canceled student debt and proudly declared that he was ignoring the Supreme Court's landmark 2023 ruling, which deemed his earlier loan forgiveness plan illegal.
