A U.S. SENATOR JUST SAID THE WORD WASHINGTON REFUSES TO SAY
From the floor of the United States Senate, Senator Tommy Tuberville of Alabama issued a warning that shattered the script.
He did not speak in euphemisms.
He did not hide behind abstractions.
He named the ideology he believes is being imported — radical Islam.
Tuberville tied a deadly attack on U.S. National Guardsmen near the White House to what he described as catastrophic failures in vetting, border control, and the Afghan withdrawal.
His claim was stark:
This was not random violence.
It was ideological violence.
He distinguished clearly between immigrants who assimilate and Islamist radicals who reject American law, culture, and allegiance.
