If in the coming decades, Africa was to achieve rapid economic growth of the kind that China has experienced, it would lift hundreds of millions of people out of poverty. But as the rich world can attest, economic growth both requires energy consumption and leads to more of it, most of which must be provided by fossil fuels. ¹ Without abundant fuel and power, prosperity is impossible: workers cannot amplify their production, doctors cannot preserve vaccines, students cannot learn after dark, goods cannot get to market. Nearly 700 million Africans rely mainly on wood or dung to cook and heat with, and 600 million have no access to electric light. Britain with 60 million people has nearly as much electricity generating capacity as the whole of sub-Saharan Africa, minus South Africa with 800 million. ²

Let's keep in mind the agenda of the left/WEF - depopulation.

Recognizing that underlying agenda, it only makes sense that keeping Africa in the dark while starving the population there (thanks to wheat export reduction from the Russia-Ukraine kerfuffle) fits that agenda perfectly, all while giving Schwab and Co. the ability to declare innocence - plausible deniability, right? They must keep the useful idiots complacent - pleading they could not possibly know so many will/did die in Africa by the end of the decade...didn't Mao kill some 60 million when he took power in China? So what's another few hundred million down the drain in Africa?

The entire "we's all gonna die of global warming" BS has been a long game to convince the peons that fossil fuels are evil (all while China is building thousands of coal fired power plants) and that nuclear plants (by far the cleanest and most cost efficient power producing technology) are scary (kind of like guns, right?) has been designed to reduce the power available to people, leading to further demise.
