You may recall that, back in March, Hillary Clinton grinned like the Cheshire cat as she described her plan to put "a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business." She promised not to forget about the workers whose livelihoods would be destroyed by her efforts and, since she's so trustworthy, you can be sure she'll do the right thing.
