Metal detectors were not operational the day an Alabama high schooler was fatally, the school superintendent said Thursday.
The shooter, who has not been identified, killed 17-year-old Huffman High School student Courtlin Arrington and injured another 17-year-old student in Birmingham, Ala., the Associated Press reported. Police arrested a “person of interest” Thursday.-- More...
