The Alabama Supreme Court has concluded that an unborn baby is an actual person and not simply a fetus, a fact that many pro-life advocates have been saying for years.
The conclusion comes after the court ruled that a wrongful death lawsuit brought by a woman who claims her doctor caused her to have a miscarriage by administering an abortion-inducing drug can proceed. -- More...
