Ted Cruz, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, and Ohio Gov. John Kasich. Once again, however, Fox's Megyn "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" Kelly ambushed Mr. Trump by falsely stating that the Better Business Bureau had given Trump University a D-minus rating, when in fact it's rating is, as Trump asserted, an A!
