Monzer Al Kassar, a/k/a "Abu Munawar," a/k/a "El Taous," the leader of an international arms-trafficking ring, was sentenced yesterday to 30 years in prison for conspiring to sell millions of dollars worth of weapons to be used to kill Americans in Colombia.
