This is rubbish. I live in Oz and, while i thought this might be true in Victoria, which is Australia's California, I have never heard of this. Salient to the story, is the claim it was TWITTER that said it was not to be said, hence nothing to do with Oz.

Breast feeding is a natural act between mothers and their infants. As the name implies, it is about feeding, i.e., nutrition. Can the men who take hormones to produce puss from their nipples claim it is nutrition for a newborn? I thought not.
