WASHINGTON, -- Today, Reps. Diane Black (R-TN-06) and Trent Franks (R-AZ-08) led a bipartisan effort of 105 Members of the House to send a letter to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) urging him to allow for a vote in the Senate on the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.
