Booker vows to ‘knowingly’ violate Senate rules to release secret Kavanaugh email, drawing GOP condemnation
The third day of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing opened with fireworks, as New Jersey Democratic Sen. Cory Booker vowed to release a confidential Kavanaugh email in violation of Senate rules as an act of “civil disobedience,” drawing condemnation from the Republicans on the committee.
