Breyer joins conservative justices in telling 17-year-old girl she's a girl

How insane have we become when it's major news that one - count him, one - liberal Supreme Court Justice is willing to kinda sorta almost acknowledge that a 17-year-old girl doesn't stop being a girl just because she says she wants to? Pretty darn insane, and actually Steven Breyer didn't even do that yesterday. He did join his conservative colleagues in a 5-3 ruling that declines to order the Gloucester County school board to let "Gavin" Grimm use the men's room. But according to Reuters, Breyer "he did so as a courtesy to preserve the status quo until the Supreme Court has a chance to consider the subject more fully."
