My approach to retail safety creation can be called 'bulky diplomacy': a role forged over the years at endless events and establishments.
The 'bulky' part is in recognition of my nearly 300 pound physical build which is trained to be as much a visual deterrent as for functional fitness and situational self defense.
The 'diplomat' dimension comes from my not only greeting patrons but also advising them about the sales room, men's section and current store specials.
