Those who work less than 30 hours a week now being dumped onto exchanges.
One of the things ObamaCare critics have warned about all along was that the law's perverse incentives would cause large employers to dump employees onto the ObamaCare exchanges. It would simply make no economic sense to provide health insurance to certain employees if doing so meant meeting all the arbitrary standards in the law.
