Preserve marriage for the union between one man and one woman

The California Supreme Court has finally yielded to the will of the majority of Californians who have voted consistently to preserve marriage for the union between one man and one woman. The Court also held that same-sex couples who wed in the state prior to the ruling will still be considered to be married.
