I simply do not understand why California does not seed our clouds to produce rain water. The technology for doing this has been around for decades. Moreover, there are machines fully capable of taking the moisture in the air and creating Clouds. Sadly, California is run by a bunch of environmental terrorist who allow a billion gallons of water a day to flow into the Pacific Ocean under the guise of protecting the Delta Smelt....look it up.

I contend that GOD is ALLOWING this to happen. THINK ABOUT IT. The MAJORITY of BLUE STATES have all the problems and I believe it is because GOD has turned HIS back on those Leaders who allow Criminals to continue reeking havoc on its citizens.
GOD CANNOT CONDONE SIN, so in due time if people continue to ignore the warning signs, GOD turns His back and allow Satan to do what he wants. Read the Old Testament. That is exactly what God did with the Jews. And when they came to their sense and prayed that God save them, HE DID. But every 40 or so years, they would go into SIN again, be captured and become oppressed. When they prayed to God to help them, HE DID.
CHRISTIANS AND FOLLOWERS OF CHRIST NEED TO AND MUST PRAY CONSTANTLY FOR GOD'S INTERVENTION.

There are choices and yet Democrats always deliberately choose the things that are the most destructive to Americans. Imagine my shock when I found an article yesterday from Feb 2022 informing me that California is going to demolish FOUR (4) dams (and their accompanying reservoires). It's called the biggest demolition project in American History. Now, remember how badly the same people who made these decisions complain about drought and how badly it affects the state and agriculture. It's going to save migratory salmon. Over the past 30 years California government has removed 100 dams. Without the dam, you don't have the reservoire as they play a crucial role in water management.

California has an 85B surplus you would think they would have built desalination plants already or at least allocate the money.
