Captured Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro lands at upstate New York airport after he and wife were seized by Trump

Venezuela has yet to share further details on whether any of its soldiers or citizens were injured or killed during the raid


Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has arrived in the United States after US Army Delta Force soldiers captured him from his Caracas compound overnight.

A white FBI Boeing 757 landed at Stewart Air National Guard Base in upstate New York after 4:30pm Saturday afternoon. Cops subsequently boarded the plane.

Around 30 minutes later, several figures presumed to be Maduro and his wife Cilia Flores flanked by a group of officials could be seen slowly disembarking the aircraft.

US troops captured Maduro and Flores from the Venezuelan capital Friday night before transporting them to New York City on drug trafficking charges. ---More...
