Dr. Carson is a good man. He's a brilliant guy, a nice guy, and morally upstanding. As I argued way back before he announced his candidacy, he was, more than likely, too good a person to win. Politics is an ugly business, and Carson just never seemed to have the killer instinct required to take the White House.
His campaign started strong, but faded fast once the voting was underway. Now, he's acknowledging that he's all but finished. He's not officially out, but his exit from the 2016 race obviously begins with a decision not to take up space on Thursday's debate in Detroit.Welcome to CFP’s Comment Section!
