CA's 'Extinction Attack' on Independent Truckers, AB5, Refused by State Supreme Court

Right before July 4, in another staggering blow to America's truckers, California outlawed independent carriers as the state supreme court refused to hear the case. But why would CA, boasting America's great shipping container ports, torpedo our transport during the country's worst ever supply chain breakdown? The problem in America has many facets. One is elections. Until the 2020 election hijackers are held accountable, election hijacking by D'rat deep-staters will continue. Another problem is too many think there are RINOs (there is no such thing) instead of realizing the entire Republicrat party is corrupt with the kind of crony capitalism globalists need to mix with communism (from the D'rat party) to develop some kind of China model upon which globalists will be able to establish their global governing body. Both of the major parties, then, are the problem. There is no voting our way out of this!

Wow, very different take on this case than a post from a regular contributor that pointed out that these so called independent truckers are defacto slaves to the trucking conglomerates. The supreme court just madated what an independent trucker actually is. Making the transition from one customer to more than one is not that difficult. Supply chain might actually improve.

These people will keep doing this and worse till we stop them. It is the only answer or we all go down. The BBB agendas will go faster and faster till it is too late to fix.
