OTTAWA – Josh Dehaas, Interim Litigation Director for the Canadian Constitution Foundation (CCF) will appear today before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs at 11:00 a.m. to advise the government that free speech limitations are undermining civic resilience in Canada.
