How will these charges affect the criminal investigation against Joe Biden now that it has been verified that boxes of classified documents were left unsecured in the hands of an admitted drug abuser, tax evader and weapons law violator who was unemployed but paying $50,000/month to his father for rent of the house and garage where the boxes were stored?
