Chicago’s Tiered Justice System Rises Again
The insane, if they commit criminal offenses need to be off of the streets. Insanity may explain their actions, but it still doesn’t excuse them

When you're not involved in a gunfight or watching the Cubs lose in Chicago, there is a realistic chance that you could be affected in some manner by the revolving door of an “unjust” legal system there.
Like many Democratically run cities, the District Attorneys and Judges ignore the rule of law and basic commonsense to keep criminals on the street. In a recent example, a half-naked woman stole a policeman’s vehicle, ran him over, fled in the SUV, and, while exceeding speeds of over 90 mph during her flight, struck five other cars before being arrested.
