#1 is to put a cost on any judge who refuses to protect the right of the people to vote - and that is publication of wide publication of judicial activities so that everyone becomes aware of how good or jaded that judge has become.
#2 The second is probably to find many disenfranchised voters to jointly file criminal charges against those whose actions disenfranchised them. Citizens have the voice; and larger numbers of citizens have a voice that political animals do not want to challenge.
