Florida: According to Governor Ron DeSantis, a driver in Florida who is surrounded by protestors has the right to hit them and escape to safety if the driver feels threatened. He said, “If you drive off and hit one of these people, that’s their fault for impinging on you.” To most people, that’s common sense. Now let’s look at New Jersey.
