As usual, this commentary could be pushing the envelope on assumption. Should that be the case, it's certain that someone will call out the defects following. A case that is now being considered by the Supreme Court of the United States was the subject of a recent column--Sex discrimination doesn't translate to pantsuit equality. Bringing it back into focus is the Equality Act, H.R. 5, that the House of Representatives is poised to vote on this week.
