Could the Equality Act influence this SCOTUS session?
As usual, this commentary could be pushing the envelope on assumption. Should that be the case, it's certain that someone will call out the defects following.
A case that is now being considered by the Supreme Court of the United States was the subject of a recent column--Sex discrimination doesn't translate to pantsuit equality. Bringing it back into focus is the Equality Act, H.R. 5, that the House of Representatives is poised to vote on this week.
