DEI Dies a Glorious Death
In summary, DEI was a horribly bad idea in theory and proved to be even worse when tried by many different industries. Good riddance, DEI!

The progressive, liberal, socialist Democrat children are outraged by President Trump’s dissolution of DEI in the federal government. What has happened is that the Lefties didn’t notice that corporate America started terminating DEI as soon as the November 5th election was over because it has proven to be a failed strategy both operationally and financially. Lefties don’t seem to understand that in private enterprises, performance is based on the bottom line of the financial statement. The only thing that counts is profit or loss, and DEI damaged the bottom line.
