A Democrat running for Congress in Georgia plans on continuing his bid for the seat as he sits in a jail cell after being convicted for driving under the influence.
Steven Foster, who was sentenced to six months in on Aug. 6 for the DUI, has refused to drop out of the race despite calls from Democratic party officials and his own hometown newspaper telling him to drop out of the race, according to Politically Georgia. -- More...
