This is why, for all his flaws, Donald Trump is worth all the trouble if he can reshape the federal judiciary. The political left cares nothing for the rule of law, and that goes for the judicial left as well. When they can't win in the legislative realm, they run and find a Democrat judge who will come up with a pretext, however flimsy, for striking down duly established laws and perfectly constitutional executive actions.
Nowhere has this been more true than with President Trump's attempts to bolster national security with travel restrictions from countries with terrorist ties, and no one has been a greater offender than Hawaii-based federal judge Derrick Watson.
