A teacher at Jackson Memorial Middle School in Massillon, Ohio told the school principal that she refused to use students' preferred pronouns. She said it violated her religion, and she was forced to resign last August 26. (Source) Attorneys representing Vivian Geraghty filed a lawsuit against the school's principle, two district officials, and the Board of Education.
