Dr. Frank has been intimately involved in research concerning election integrity in at least 26 states and consulting with those state legislatures, many Secretaries of States, Attorney Generals, and election officials. To say Dr. Frank has found some anomalies in voting patterns is a vast understatement. Dr. Frank has testified before several state legislatures and is scheduled for more, including Montana. In 2021, Dr. Frank did a one on one documentary with Mike Lindell (Scientific Proof ).
