Exculpatory Evidence

Exculpatory Evidence is evidence that supports a defendant's innocence. In the American Legal System it is required that all evidence be made available in the court of law. In the Sixth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution the rights of a person to "be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor" are all enumerated in the founding document, which is The Supreme Law of the Land (Article VI.). That includes all evidence. It is a crime to hide evidence, or disallow it from being made available when it is pertinent and directly connected.

Exculpatory Evidence, according to the modern legal industry, can include proof of an alibi, an eyewitness statement, video footage, audio recordings or any other physical evidence that shows doubt that the person or persons in question committed the crime.

I believe you because I have felt all the same things here in Canada too. Everything is so false and corrupted, what happened to our countries? Yes too many still believe the false narrative with all truth suppressed. Too many still think the very corrupt Insurrections of our countries did not happen all is relatively normal still? Taxes always go up so what, Food prices always go up it is normal, interest rates have been even higher than now so? Kids can find much worse things on any computer than they are being taught? Oh that horrible killing plannedemic they all ran to get their kill shots and thank this joke of a pretend puppet government for protecting us, really? and they think it is time for racial and LGBTQ+++ to be given more rights than everyone else? and the countries debt they seem to ignore and of course they fall for the phony climate change agenda and love all the AI and computer spyware so what if it helps people? etc. etc.
