Washington, DC --Leading up to today's (April 28, 2010) House Energy and Environment subcommittee hearing entitled "Clean Energy Polices That Reduce Our Dependence on Oil," the panel's staff issued a memorandum outlining the subject matter to be covered at the hearing.
