The left elitists have been conditioning Americans to buy into their fear mongering since the late 1960s. This strategy started with the tactic of getting Americans and the world to start worrying about human caused global cooling and the prediction of a soon to arrive ice age. Former Vice President Al Gore’s father was one of the first purveyors of these theories of human-caused catastrophes and the attendant fear. They were the first to make dire predictions of pending disasters, none of which happened. However, this is when the fear conditioning started for too many of us.
These purveyors of fear and doom then moved on to the various environmental issues in which human beings where going to soon cause the destruction of all living things on the planet, in just a few years, they predicted. Oops, that didn’t happen either. But the fear conditioning continued.
