While President Barack Obama visited Mexico City to meet with his counterpart regarding controlling guns being smuggled from the United States into Mexico, a former Mexican police commander wanted on multiple kidnapping charges was deported into the custody of Mexican authorities by US officials, according to a report obtained by the National Association of Chiefs of Police.
