WASHINGTON, Florida today became the fifth state to pass a resolution calling on the U.S. Congress to send the Parental Rights Amendment to the U.S. Constitution to the states for ratification. The Florida Senate voted 38-0 in favor of SM 954 this morning, after the Florida House passed its companion (HM 557) by a voice vote on Tuesday.
