Rockwell needs to go for the sake of the very children she is using to shield her true self. The Alachua County School Board needs to do the right thing and put Rockwell’s hatred in their rear-view mirror.

Some people walk through their lives wearing a mask in public every day. On occasion, usually accidentally, they leave the door to their soul cracked open, and we get an opportunity to see who they really are and how they really feel.
Sarah Rockwell, a member of the Alachua County School Board in Florida, is one such person. Although Rockwell didn’t just leave the door to her soul open a crack, she flung it wide open and allowed everyone to see the seething hatred that she keeps hidden.
