Francis knows very well that this report is going viral so if he does nothing to refute the report it means the report is true
By Francis saying he will consider “openness to transgender people” as a criteria for appointing new U.S. bishops, it could mean he won't appoint bishops if they're not open to transgenders. Or it may very well be that appointing 'tranny' women as bishops might be Francis' way of appointing women bishops since a mutilated 'transgender' woman is still a woman by definition. There is no such thing as a "transgender."
