The engineering reality:
The only significant source of warm climate is the sun shining on the Earth - and there is nothing that our scientists can do about that.
All the heat energy provided is either reflected or absorbed as heat - and there is nothing that our scientists have even addressed to impact on that.
Heat energy from the sun is either captured in the atmosphere, or on the surface of the Earth - and it doesn't matter which when it comes to warming.
Before trusting climate scientists to control the temperature of the Earth, I would task them with fixing the temperature of a house. From what I see of them, I would not trust even that to succeed.
